Review of the Collective Agreement (CA)

IAC will review your CA before it can be certified. You may be contacted if any clarifications or amendments are required.

The IAC will review the CA and check that the requirements are complied with.

If these are not met, parties will be informed by IAC, either:

• through the EmPOWER-IAC system's Async Chat function, where there are few or simple changes, or
• at a meeting, where there are many or less straightforward changes.
