What points should the parties note when registering the CA for submission to IAC?

Parties should ensure that:

• The CA is signed by all parties before registration is made at https://go.gov.sg/iac-submission
  
  
• Names and contact details of the union representatives and company representatives are provided in the form
  
  
• The final softcopy of the CA is uploaded at the time of registration. This final softcopy should be the exact agreement that was signed by parties
  
  
• Further instructions will be provided to parties after the CA has been registered with IAC. Parties may proceed to submit the signed CA in person or via courier with IAC after registration of CA
