Submit Variation Application
Once IAC confirms that the draft application is in order, you may proceed to lodge your Variation application with IAC as follows:
CA in force for at least 18 months
- arrange for the variation application to be signed by representatives of the employer and the union
- lodge the signed application with IAC by hand or post.
- pay a filing fee of $20.
CA in force for less than 18 months
- arrange for Representatives of the employer and the union to come to IAC on the date scheduled to sign the application and affidavit in the presence of the Registrar or Assistant Registrar.
- bring along 3 sets of the application and the affidavit.
- pay a filing fee of $20.
