One original copy of the Collective Agreement to be initialled on
every page by one representative each from the company and the
union.
$20 registration fee, preferably by cheque, to
be made
payable to Registrar, Industrial Arbitration Court.
The softcopy of the new Collective Agreement to be emailed to
the Court at the following address:
mom_iac@mom.gov.sg before or not later than 3 days after the lodgment of the
original printed signed copy.
The signed Collective Agreement should be lodged with the Court within
one week of the
