The functions of the Court are award-making, certification and registration of collective agreements (CAs), resolution of disputes (arising out of the operation of an award or certified collective agreement) through a referee, interpretation of an award, setting aside or variation of award, mediation, providing advisory service on matters pertaining to industrial relations.
