The IAC enjoys the status of a High Court. The President of the IAC possesses the same rights and privileges as those of a Supreme Court Judge.
	The current President is Justice Chan Seng Onn.
	and the current Deputy President is Mr Tan Siong Thye, Chief District Judge.
