Signatories to a Collective Agreement
The Court notes that some collective agreements submitted to the Industrial Arbitration Court for certification are signed on each page by the witnesses to the agreement instead of the signatories. This is not correct. Each page of the collective agreement that is submitted to this Court for certification must be signed by a signatory from each party.
With immediate effect, any collective agreement that is not duly signed will not be accepted for certification.
