One original copy of the Collective Agreement that is submitted to the Court for certification must be signed on every page by a signatory from the company and the union.
$20 registration fee by cheque or cashier's order to be made payable to Registrar, Industrial Arbitration Court.
The softcopy of the new Collective Agreement to be emailed to the Court at least one day before the lodgement of the original printed signed copy at the following address: mom_iac@mom.gov.sg .
The signed Collective Agreement should be lodged with the Court within one week of the date of signing.
